Happy New Year - Club Update

Dear Members and Prospective Members, Happy New year! FYI, the Tournament Committee and Executive Board have completed the planning session for the upcoming season and wanted to pass on some news. And we wanted to let you know the 2019 Membership Application is available on the new BFRMC website at >>
We have drafted the club's tournament schedule for the upcoming season and discussed the changes in the 2019 USGA Rules of Golf. We also received reports from Jay Dennis and Barry Wilson on the changes at the course including the hiring of Jim Becker as BFR golf professional.
Barry also provided an update on the housing project and potential course routing changes -- there is little chance of major impacts to the course this year. Our new Greens Superintendent, Stephen Curry, was introduced and had a dialogue with the Tournament Committee and Executive Board members.
